Here at Ciao we love pizza so we care about it!
Hundreds of years ago, Italy considered pizza a healthy meal. The pizza base was made of whole wheat, packed with healthy nutrients.
However, modern pizza is mostly made up of carbohydrates.
Ciao wants to restore the primordial pizza and a tasty and healthy pizza for you. That's why we combine different types of flour and our mother yeast sourdough with the best Ingredients to create our authentic Ciao Pizzas and Bread. The difference is in the dough and you can taste it!
Our Sugo is made with tomatoes imported from Apulia in Italy and we hand smash our tomatoes in order to maintain their consistency and we add our secret seasoning for a mouth-watering sensation.
We use only Fior Di Latte made with British milk using the Italian method and a quality pure Scottish Cheddar, and all our fresh vegetables arrive fresh daily from our supplier.
